1. Terms of Use of the Service

A customer’s account in the Service may be deleted by the Administrator in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The data provided by the customer when creating an account in the Service may be changed in the Customer Panel.
3. Orders
3.1
Completion of all order steps will be confirmed by an automatic email message and is equivalent to placing an order for goods and an obligation to pay. The order processing time is calculated from the moment the buyer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order.
3.2
Orders in the Service may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.3
The Service informs customers about the order status by email or telephone. The order processing time is 10 days. This period may be extended, in which case the customer will be immediately informed by email or telephone.
3.4
The Service reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order.
3.5
Cancellation of a special order paid by bank transfer due to reasons attributable to the customer may be subject to a penalty of 25% of the total order value. The refund for the canceled order will be reduced by this amount.

Goods delivered to the customer under “cash on delivery” terms and not collected in accordance with section 3.1 regarding the validity of the transaction shall remain available for collection at the Service Provider’s premises. 4. Complaints
4.1

4.2 Conditions for submitting a complaint

When submitting a complaint, the customer must always use the data provided during registration in the narodowarewolucja.pl system and the order number being complained about.
4.2.2 Complaint submission deadlines
A complaint may be submitted within 24 months from the date of delivery.
4.2.3
Regardless of the type of complaint, all complaints will be processed within no more than 14 days from the date of submission.
4.3 Conditions for submitting complaints regarding shipments
4.3.1 Visible damage or partial loss of goods

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The Service is not responsible for the content contained in the works submitted by the customer. The Service does not verify whether the customer has the right to use the materials attached to the order. 6. Withdrawal from the Contract
